Traditionally yachts follow legacy side layouts, exposed walkways that are hazardous when underway and importantly waste valuable beam space for the salon and flybridge.

Ekokat uses simple logic: without side decks, and without hull bedroom headroom space taken from the salon above it, we gain enormous interior and flybridge usable space.

The floorspace in the dual-functioning penthouse lounge, presidential bedroom suites and flybridge above, expand to sizes normally found on 100-130ft monohull superyachts, or 80-100ft power catamarans. With both owner and guest suites all located at main deck level, safety improves as well as significant sea sickness prevention.
